Boat Wraps
Make your boat the best on the water. Wrapped on Long Island, shipped and installed at marinas nationwide.
A wrapped boat doesn't just look good at the dock — it tells a story everywhere it goes. Charter operators, marine service brands and personal owners alike trust CL Visual to deliver hull graphics, full wraps and accent striping that hold up to sun, salt and spray.
We bring the same standards to marine that we bring to fleet — certified materials, custom color profiles and a process that has earned us our reputation.
Hull Wraps for Center Consoles, Cruisers & Charter Boats
From center consoles and bay boats to cruisers, sportfishers and charter boats, we wrap hulls of every size in marine-grade cast vinyl built for salt, sun and constant spray. Smaller jobs, like a boat name, hailing port or accent stripe, are just as welcome as a full hull.
Haul-out comes first. Vinyl goes on a clean, dry hull, so the boat needs to be out of the water for the install. We work at your marina or yard, or at our shop when the boat can be trailered, and we plan the schedule around your launch date.
Hull condition matters. Before quoting, we check the gelcoat. Oxidized, chalky or cracked gelcoat and old lettering residue need prep before vinyl will hold, and we'll tell you upfront if a repair should come first.
Wraps stop at the waterline. Coverage runs above the boot stripe; anything below the waterline stays bottom paint. Material warranties for marine use differ from vehicle warranties, so your quote spells out exactly what is covered.
We serve marinas across Nassau and Suffolk counties, and every hull wrap is designed and printed in-house in Copiague, NY.
Our 7-Step Boat Wrap Process
Seven steps, built around the water: from hull inspection and haul-out to care tips for salt and sun.
Discovery Session
Tell us about the boat, how you use it and where it's kept. We'll talk through the look you want, from a name and hailing port to a full hull wrap, and the date you need it back in the water.
Hull Measurement & Inspection
We measure the hull and check the gelcoat for oxidation, cracks and old lettering. Photos and measurements go into the quote, so prep work is never a surprise.
Design / Digital Proofing
Our designers lay the graphics out on your hull's actual lines, including the name and hailing port. You review a digital proof and approve it before anything prints.
Color Proofing
We print a physical color sample on the actual vinyl so you can see it in real sunlight, not just on a screen. It stays on file for future boats or touch-ups.
Print & Laminate
Your graphics are printed in-house on marine-grade cast vinyl and finished with a UV laminate that helps protect against fade, salt and spray.
Haul-Out & Installation
With the boat out of the water, our certified installers clean and de-wax the gelcoat, then install at your marina, your yard or our shop. We confirm the timeline before we start.
Final Wrap-Up & Care
We walk the hull with you and hand over simple care steps: rinse with fresh water, skip harsh cleaners and pressure-wash with care. Your quote states what the material warranty covers.
Every CL Visual install is manufacturer-certified, so your 3M or Avery warranty is valid from day one. See the eight reasons a certified install matters.
