What most event planners and producers ask before their first job with us.
How Late Can We Place an Event Order?
Send the load-in date first and we work backward from it. Printing happens in-house, so we can often move faster than a broker — but venue approvals and material lead times are the real limit. Ask and you'll get a straight yes or no.
Will the Graphics Damage the Venue?
We spec low-tack and removable films for painted walls, glass and finished floors, and we follow the venue's own rules on what can be adhered. Removal is part of the job, not a second call.
Can You Install Overnight or After Hours?
Yes. Most event work happens in a window nobody else wants — overnight, early morning, or between rehearsals. We schedule and manage the install ourselves, so you have one point of contact from print to strike.
What Files Do You Need From Us?
Vector logos and brand type, plus photography at full resolution. If all you have is a deck, our designers build print-ready art and send a scaled proof before anything goes on the press.
Do You Travel Outside Long Island and NYC?
We install regionally as standard and travel nationwide for larger programs. Tell us the city and we'll estimate crew and freight alongside the print.
